Abstract
The harmony of the character of the future teacher as a component of his / her spiritual culture significantly influences the effectiveness of the pedagogical and professional activity, since it is the teacher who should become the bearer of the example of spiritual and characteristic harmony for students. The section of the collective guide presents the results of the research of harmony of a character as a composition of spiritual culture of future education.
