Abstract
The аrticle is devoted to presentation of psychological training «Harmonization of а сommunicative component of character of the personality at youthful age». There where proved the purpose and tasks of the sub-training directed on psychological preventive maintenance of disharmonies of сommunicative traits of character. It was presented the detailed contents of psychological training.
