Abstract
The аrticle is devoted to presentation of psychological sub-training «Harmonization of a psycho-somatic сomponent of character of the personality at youthful age». There where proved the purpose and tasks of the sub-training directed on psychological preventive maintenance of disharmonies of psycho-somatic traits of character at youthful age. It was presented the detailed contents of psychological training.
