Abstract

The methodical recommendations are devoted to the problem of spiritual and moral self-actualization of the personality of a future teacher and are intended for students of pedagogical educational institutions. In the first section of methodical recommendations the author has made a theoretical analysis of the researches of the national psychological and pedagogical science concerning the spiritual and moral foundations of self-actualization of the future pedagogue. An important conclusion is that spiritual and moral self-regulation is a psychological mechanism of harmonization of character, and is a psychological prerequisite for the spiritual development of the future teacher. The second section of the guidelines is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the provisions of Christian anthropology concerning the spiritual development of the harmonization of personality. The third section presents the definition of the concept of "spiritual and moral self-actualization" of the personality of the future teacher, outlines the main directions of its development. The fourth section of the methodological recommendations is devoted to the presentation of the program of the special course of harmonization of the character of future teachers through spiritual and moral self-actualization.
