Abstract
The work shows that personal characteristics that allow people to respect themselves, to believe in their own strengths, their own goals and the ability to achieve them, to feel the environment and to understand people at the same time contribute to satisfying the needs for autonomy and relatedness and, thus, , support a sense of psychological well-being.
