Abstract

The methodological recommendations are intended for practical psychologists and educators to work with student youth and are devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the structure and content of the character of the future teacher in the aspect of the development of his spiritual culture. The first section provides a theoretical analysis of the category "character" in foreign and domestic psychological and pedagogical science. The second section is devoted to the consideration of characteristic disharmony of personality. The third section presents the model of the structure of personality character, as well as a number of experimental psychodiagnostic techniques for the study of content and degree of harmony of character, which have an interesting interpretation of the results, which makes them convenient for mass use in educational institutions. The guidelines are intended for practical psychologists and educators to work with student youth.
