Abstract

Described, psychological culture as an important and targeted quality for the education and self-education of modern educators. Showed that global informational space (space which quickly meets the needs for information products, provides information interaction between people) significantly affects to all aspects of our lives, including communication processes in society and the educational process in educational institutions.
