Abstract

The features of attraction as a phenomenon of interpersonal communication are analyzed in the article. Scientific approaches to understanding the concept of attraction are analyzed. It is regarded as an emotional attitude and a phenomenon of interaction. It is a specific emotional relationship that makes one person attractive to another; attitude on another person. The attraction is significant in the pedagogical aspect. Theories of attraction (similarity, complementarity, reinforcement, social exchange, etc.) are analyzed. The levels of attraction (sympathy, friendship, love, antipathy, hate, intimacy, etc.) are determined.
