Abstract

In the article it is paid attention on the the advantages and disadvantages of the interaction of participants in the educational process in social networks. This is will allow to work more effectively the activities of the educational institution in the public relations. The main provisions of social networking etiquette as the philosophy of effective Internet communication are presented. There are described the practical tips for publishing materials in social networks. There are presented the basic rules for responding to negative comments in social networks.
