Abstract

The manual is intended for psychologists, postgraduate students of psychological and pedagogical profile, teachers and teachers of androgogs. The first section deals with the directions of psychological support of training adults used in foreign countries. The second section deals with the structure, directions and forms of spiritual and psychological support aimed at overcoming personal disharmony in the transition phase from adolescence to early adulthood. The third section reveals the psychological features of overcoming adulthood of professional crises at different stages of its professional formation. The fourth section presents the means of psychological support of the individual in the period of late adulthood, aimed at optimizing her interpersonal communication.
