Abstract

The introduction of the competency approach in the educational process of general secondary education institutions is focused on the formation of subject and key competences of students. Despite the considerable number of works devoted to various aspects of the implementation of the competence approach, the development of the author's methods of forming one or another competence, the problem of forming the subject competence of students in the Ukrainian language lessons is not relevant.
