Abstract

The monograph analyzes the state of research into the problem of managing the system of primary education in Ukraine in the 17-30's of the XX century; the historical, socio-economic and pedagogical conditions of each stage of the outlined historical study period are described as the actual environment of functioning and management of the primary education system in Ukraine; identified priority tasks of managing primary education in the analyzed period, characterized their nature as objective factors influencing its functioning and development; the peculiarities of formation and development of primary education of each day of the defined historical period are revealed, the content and nature of its management; Based on the developed criteria, the evaluation of the effectiveness of primary education management in the 17th-30s of the XX century was made. The monograph is addressed to a wide range of educators: teachers of general education institutions, employees of educational system management, scientists, teachers and students of higher educational establishments, institutes of advanced training of pedagogical staff, graduate students.
