Abstract

In the current conditions of reforming teacher education a young teacher should be aware that the formation of personality of each person is possible to carry out only humanistic means of the object and own personality. Accordingly, improving pedagogical skills should contribute improving the professional and personal development of a young teacher, who has the necessary creative and professional traits that give him be able to create pedagogical action for the most productive development varieties of students' experience, first of all theoretical, sensual (aesthetic), practical for the harmonious personal development of each student.
