Abstract

The structural components of the psychological readiness of the individual to participate in intellectual competitions are determined. Diagnostic tools for the detection of signs of stress, the diagnosis of stress conditions and the identification of personality traits that can lead to stress, stress overload are given. Some technologies for development of stress resistance and emotional component of psychological readiness for participation in intellectual competitions are offered: art-therapeutic, body-oriented techniques, exercises-visualizations, autogenous training.
