Abstract

Consideration is given to reforming the system of labor safety management in Ukraine taking into account international experience and European integration, emphasizing that the priority direction is a risk-oriented approach. The existing methods of determination and evaluation of occupational safety risks are analyzed. The types of occupational safety risks are analyzed, and it is substantiated that equipment reliability indicators can be used in the estimation of production types of risks. It is proved that the development of a method for assessing the risk of failure of a mine ventilating equipment requires the development and conduct of an analysis of the criticality and consequences of fan failures. The possible risks and consequences of failures of the main ventilation shaft fans were determined. The methodology of risk assessment on occupational safety issues is proposed, taking into account operational reliability indicators, for example, for fans of main airing, which increases the safety of mining operations in mines and, in turn, improves working conditions. An example of an automated evaluation of vibration reliability for a Double-sided suction centrifugal fans-31.5 fan No 1 located on the ventilation shaft No 4 of the "Dobropolskaya Mine" (Ltd « DTEK Dobropslliavuhillia») is presented.
