Abstract

The activity of the basic secondary education institution (hereinafter - PPE) is based on the scientific analysis of modern pedagogical theory and practice and corresponds to the general tendencies, goals, directions and prospects of development of the education system in Ukraine. An effective educational support institution should be a model (advanced) educational institution for organizing the educational process on the selected problem, testing and implementation of innovative technologies, development of scientific and methodological and educational and methodological support for the implementation of pedagogical ideas (cultural and educational initiatives) and the like.
