Abstract

Psychological culture is an integral quality of personality, which is an important prerequisite for the personal and professional development of educators. That is why the urgent problem of the educational process is the development of both psychological culture and its components of the psychological well-being of educators. This educational and methodical development covers the essence, indicators of psychological culture, psychodiagnostic methods of its research and psychological conditions of development. The development contains a curriculum, program content, information materials for the special course, as well as tasks for independent work, questions for self-control and a list of used and recommended literature. It is intended for management and pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical workers of educational organizations, teachers of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, practical psychologists, as well as for all who are interested in the problems of creating a psychologically safe educational environment, preventing bullying and manipulative influences on personality.
