Abstract
Methodical recommendations are intended for psychologists, graduate students, teachers, curators of student groups. The first section of the guidelines exposes the psychological features of the spiritual and character development of personality in early adulthood. The second section is devoted to the coverage of psychological determinants of disharmonious character development. IN the third section deals with the psychological mechanism of actualization of spiritual potential, which is the determinant of harmonious character development and the resolution of psychological human problems. The fourth section presents psychodiagnostic in detail a toolkit to study the characteristics of character, spiritual potential and psychological problems of early adulthood. The fifth section is devoted to directions and methods spiritual and psychological support for adults aimed at harmonization character development of students of higher education institutions. Implementation of methodological recommendations in the practice of psychological services in the system higher education of Ukraine will provide psychological and pedagogical workers with the means of spiritual and psychological support, which will promote the personal growth of graduates of higher educational institutions, actualization of their spiritual potential, which causes harmony character development and resolution of the spectrum of psychological problems at the stage transition to adulthood.
