Abstract

A wide range of theoretical and practical issues of scientific and technical creativity of senior pupils has been covered in the manual "Scientific and technical creativity" for the profile education of senior pupils, which should be regarded as the basis for their teacher training in creative technical activities, conscious choice of their future profession, the formation of design and technological senior pupils’ competence and competence in scientific and technical creativity. The idea of forming the content of the manual is to use as a content center a set of basic types of scientific and technical creativity of specialists: design, design, rationalization, invention, development of technological processes. Therefore, scientific and technical creativity in the content of the manual is considered in the form of the main types of scientific and technical creativity of specialists. The content of each type of scientific and technical creativity is described in the manual deeply, versatilely, on the comprehensible teacher's scientific and methodological level. Consideration of each type of technical creativity in the manual is devoted to a separate section, the content of which is developed on the basis of a competent approach. Using the material of the manual, the teacher of technology at a high methodological level will be able to organize the mastering of knowledge by senior students for the rationalization, invention, design, construction, technology of manufacturing products, which will promote the development of their versatile creative abilities, preparation for the conscious choice of their future professional activities or the direction of further education. Special attention in the manual focuses on the psychological foundations of human creative activity and the importance of their consideration by the teacher in the process of profile education of senior pupils. These are the following qualities of a person: inertness of thinking, "by-passing thinking", association, associative thinking, intuition, etc. Their essence is disclosed in the section of the manual "Fundamentals of scientific and technical creativity of specialists for the formation of subject design and technological competence among senior pupils". The material of the manual will contribute to the formation of a teacher's technology for the competence of senior pupils in theoretical issues of scientific and technical creativity, the development of creative projects, the design and manufacture of technical objects and products of real use, the development of innovative offers, the formation of inventive ideas, solving creative problems, etc. The material of the manual can be used with success not only by technology teachers, but also by leaders of technical art circles, teachers and students of relevant departments etc.
