Abstract

Educational processes are taking place in the digital environment and require from the teachers to be competent in civic education and the use of ICT nowadays. Civic competence of participants in the educational process, and of teachers, in particular, is directly related to responsible information and ICT ownership, respect for privacy, tolerance and ethical behavior in the digital world, etc., enabling privacy and security policies in information and educational environment.
