Abstract

Entering school for most blind and visually impaired children is the first experience of joining a social group. This experience is very important because integration into society in the future depends on the first experience of joining a group, and now it is a school. In this regard, the urgency of organizing purposeful psychological support for blind children, children with visual impairments from the moment of their admission to school, within which psychologists and tiflopedagists should work to reduce and eliminate difficulties in social and psychological adaptation, is increasing. Organization and implementation of psychological support for the adaptation of blind children, children with visual impairments should take the leading place in the educational institution, regardless of its type.
