Abstract
The leading characteristics of modern society are rapid speed up its functioning and updating. Globalization and Information society that dominates the world is made by scientific societies, especially youth, open, non-linear and dynamic systems. Today the differences between young people are being erased more quickly than the borders between states. This opens up great opportunities for a young person to take up prominent positions in the fields of world science, technology, economics, politics and cultural community life.
