Abstract
Thinking is considered both as the tool of cognition of the World, and as the tool of communication, in which the logic of interaction with other subjects is embedded. It is developed on the basis of concepts which define the complexity of the organization of semantic space, providing a model for the self-organization of its authors. If the use of “soft power” is aimed at positioning of its subject in the semantic space, then the use of “smart power” involves formatting this space, which can have one author, group or collective author, constructed in the course of joint life activities.
