Abstract

The thesis examines the concepts of «motive» and «motivation of learning» of elementary school pupils in the scientific literature. The problem of motivation of learning of different authors is considered. The definitions of the terms «motive» and «motivation to learn» are given. The role of motivation of primary school pupils learning is revealed.
