Abstract

Described components of psychological model of acceptance of the educational-professional task and its realization process. Show that throw the educational-professional problem, what is “built-in” into the professional activity the activation of self-improvement is happens (as a purposeful self-change of one's own personality). Described “Adaptive” and "active" types of professional development of practical psychologists.
