Abstract

At the article is showing the psychological technology of development psychological culture through the self-improvement. Shown that psychological culture is integral psychological formation that have a dynamical structure and have fast development at the professional activity and self-educational process and self-development. Technology what was present can be the one of the potential practical psychology life-long-learning strategy. The important role at this strategy have the development of the basic mechanism of self-improvement – the possibility to set educational and professional tasks and to solve them through the various forms of educational activities (formal, informal, informative). Described the features of interactive methods, which used in proposed technology.
