Abstract

The problem of increasing the professional competence of teachers from the standpoint of the competence approach is raised. Teachers' professional activity is analyzed through the prism of a conceptual model of professional activity. Based on the analysis, a set of pedagogical conditions for improving the professionalism of teachers is proposed. It is proposed to develop the necessary scientific and methodological support for teacher training to ensure the improvement of his professional level and the implementation of certain pedagogical conditions.
