Abstract
In theses stated that the globalization challenges intensify strengthening competitive trends accordingly updates the aspect of competitiveness of countries, regions and alliances.The multidimensional interpretation of the definition "Europeanization" by European scientists is revealed.The theory of vertical and horizontal Europeanization is emphasized. The author describes the essence of the changes that take place in the process of Europeanization.
