Abstract

The article discusses the ways to solve the problem of new educational approaches implementing. New forms of describing content and other educational components in regulatory documents are proposed. It is assumed that this will affect the development of a fundamentally new educational and methodological support, as well as the choice of forms and methods of teaching. The necessity of considering a research as the leading method of teaching natural subjects in secondary school is argued. Given the new trends in the development of society and its requirements for the younger generation, the research method should acquire new qualities. They include the formation of the ability to work with information, think critically, anticipate consequences, solve problems, act in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and get emotional and intellectual satisfaction from the process of learning the world.
