Abstract

The article deals with the features of adult education in the system of continuous education, the concept of continuous education is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the psychological orientation of continuing education. The basic aspects of the all-round development of a person's life-long life are revealed. The psychological regularities of studying at the stage of maturity are substantiated, among them: selection of organizational forms of teaching, methods and techniques, individual and group variants of work with adults. The psychology of adults is closely covered, which is closely connected with adult education as a complex of formal and formal processes. non-formal learning. Adult education is analyzed as an important component of lifelong learning, as well as factors that influence adults' attitudes toward education and reveal forms of co-educational activities and the role of self-education in adult education.
