Abstract

The article deals with the problems related to the impact of stress, caused by a "hybrid" war, on teacher performance of their professional duties. Teaching profession is vulnerable to the impact of different types of stress, so it is important to separate the impact associated with war trauma from other factors, which can also adversely affect the professional capacity of teachers. The article presents the results of the study of the severity of the effects of stress on teachers Kyiv and Minsk and shows effects of hybrid war stress on empathy, which is one of the main components of teachers psychological culture because it is the basis of building quality educational interaction between teacher and child.
