Abstract

The methods of activating the sensations of the personality, which stimulate the formation of new associations, fantasies and memories, are considered in the article. These methods are used to translate the client's experiences into the history of his or her biography. The technique is based on the mechanism of time line restoration through the creation of a new story, narrative of events. Through the reconstruction of life events that have injured the client, experiences are expressed, and the temporal perspective of life changes is realized. The readiness of the individual for therapeutic interventions becomes important. A detailed description of events activates the mechanism of the combination of individual memories, awareness of the holistic picture. This tool is aimed at the mechanism of event perception integrity.
