Abstract

Methodological recommendations relate to the development of professional profiles and standards of academic staff of higher education institutions; determining the effectiveness of models of professional development of academic staff of universities; prospects for the use of European career practices of scientific and pedagogical workers in the activities of domestic higher education institutions; development of scientific and pedagogical staff on the basis of the competence approach of research, value, foreign language competences.
