Abstract

The process of modernization of the general secondary education system, the Conception of a new Ukrainian school provide its autonomy & quality of education. The problem of school principals’ readiness for realizing the tasks of a new school, management of creating & implementing of new education programs are actual in the contest of professional competences of school principals. A special attention is paid to new education programs as a part of the school development program. The author justifies the main approaches to the process of creating modern education content, describes the main stages of development of new education programs.
