Abstract
The article in the historical retrospective shows the process of creation and development of museums of institutions of vocational education during the twentieth century on the materials of the funds of the Pedagogical Museum of Ukraine. The author outlines the main problems in the activities of modern museums of vocational education institutions and offers methodological advice on the organization of the work of such museums as centers of educational activity of the educational institution.
