Abstract

In the theses on the basis of generalization and systematization of the works of Ukrainian and foreign researchers, the following basic functions of the means of competently oriented learning of the Ukrainian language are highlighted: educational, informational, illustrative, stimulating, integrative. Consideration of the isolated functions will allow the correct and methodologically expedient choice of the means of competently oriented learning of the Ukrainian language.
