Abstract
The article deals with the issues of improving the psychological service of the council system. Based on an analysis of the primary sources and practices of the psychological service in educational institutions and institutions over the last quarter of a century, the main problems and challenges that have now arisen in connection with the reform of the educational system have been identified. The author offers his vision of the ways of development and improvement of the psychological service on the basis of understanding it as a single system, which provides psychological support for all participants of the educational process and applies a single methodology and procedures in his work.
