Abstract

Based on the analysis of the modern educational process, the reasons for the imbalance of training and education, which are both objective and subjective, are revealed. It is shown that today in this context there is a clear deficit of a serious philosophy of education and qualitatively new methodologies that can overcome the demarcation of education and upbringing. It is proved that solve the problem of the integrity of the educational process it is important on the basis of the synergy trend of a specially organized "eductive environment" like the ancient Greek ideological ideal "paideia", which combined upbringing, training, human involvement in the whole complex of culture and nature, and only through this involvement "went out" to education.
