Abstract

The formed innovative thinking of the teacher is an important prerequisite for his readiness to participate in innovation activities and provides for the creation and development of special professional qualities that determine the effectiveness of the educational process in the conditions of innovation change. Educational methods (formation of stable motives for innovation, development of pedagogical culture) and informational (formation of skills of the implementation of information processes: collection, processing, analysis, creation and dissemination of information) are determined by means of formation of innovative thinking of a teacher by researchers. A generalized analysis of the concept of "innovative thinking" in psychological and pedagogical literature has shown that scientists one of the main conditions for successful professional work of the teacher determine: 1) the ability to critically evaluate reality (pedagogical reality); 2) the ability to positively perceive innovations; 3) the ability to apply new scientific knowledge in pedagogical practice. The process of formation of the innovative thinking of the teacher involves the following stages, such as: - creation of conditions that ensure the innovation of the educational environment (identification of problems and the development of innovative ideas for their solution, for example - organization of teaching and research work of students); - introduction of special events (contests, creative groups (innovators), etc.) that promote the formation of a positive attitude to change and ensure the formation and development of innovative culture (the teacher's ability to perceive innovation and innovate); - the use of information, communication and didactic tools (specific intellectual tools that provide cognitive and search activity of the teacher, the development of his intellectual abilities through the creative execution of tasks (problem and situational) in order to solve pedagogical tasks.
