Abstract

The theses indicate that the basis of the content of profile technology training in the senior school are profile subjects and special courses. Special courses, in this case, are intended for profound and expanded study of the profile subjects content. It is emphasized on the possibility of profile training in technology of engineering and technical orientation. In connection with the mentioned, the author developed the curriculum of the specialized subject "Technical Design" and a special course "Designing and Constructing of Engineering Objects". It has been grounded that the use of these subjects in the complex in the educational process will ensure the formation of senior pupils of a high level of design and technological competence.
