Abstract
On the basis of empirical data (results of the survey of teachers), the author concludes that it is necessary to comprehensively study the constellation of factors of development of the educational environment, self-improvement of pedagogical skills, internal freedom of pupils’, mutual responsibility of participants of the subject-subject interaction, etc. The personal activity of participants in the educational process is the main nonlinear dominant, which is aimed at the meaning of life, in which education occupies an important place.
