Abstract

The dissertation is devoted to the study of psychological foundations of a professional innovative culture of pedagogical staff development. The dissertation covers theoretical, methodological and empirical results of psychological foundations of the development of a professional innovation culture research, namely: the personality-professional approach is substantiated, the psychological structures, factors, mechanisms, regularities of its development are determined.
