Abstract

The thesis stressed the need to update the psychological component of the educational process, taking into account the language achievements of the XXI century, which are emphasized by foreign scholars and experts in education. It is noted that the sign of competence of the speaker should not be the knowledge itself, but formed on the basis of their attitude. It was noted that the students of secondary vocational education do not need to duplicate linguistic material, at this stage it is the basis for the study and development of speech strategies and tactics.
