Abstract

The theses summarize the main approaches to the creation of textbooks of the Ukrainian language for Institutions of secondary education with languages of teaching national minorities on the basis of competency-oriented approaches, features of the educational material of the textbook focused on the development of communicative skills of junior pupils.
