Abstract

The article talks about special education, shows types of special educational institutions that functioned during this period. It was stated that the content and status of primary and secondary education of special schools was aimed at ensuring equality of knowledge, skills and abilities; taking into account the interests of children with special needs in public life, which was one of the indicators of development democracy, ensuring human rights.
