Abstract

At present, one can observe a significant increase in the flow of information in modern society and the rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICTs), without which any kind of human activities are not already covered. Information technologies become an integral part of the life of a modern person, and the development of ICT competence in children with visual impairment is one of the main tasks of correctional and developmental learning.
