Abstract

Thanks to the sources of "places of memory" (books, museum exhibits, archival sources) to analyze the history of linguistic Ukrainian language and lapidary substantiate the linguistic and culturological contexts of the genesis of Ukrainian spelling. In the first part (historical) we present facts on the history of linguocide of the Ukrainian language; in the second part (personal) we focus on the leading researchers and creators of the Ukrainian spelling; The third part (culturological) is devoted to the study of Ukrainian spelling (special) in the unit (Ukrainian culture) and in general (world culture); in the fourth part (linguistics) we disclose the main changes of the Ukrainian spelling (project 2018).
