Abstract

TThe paper describes the tasks of web analytics, the principles of the Google Analytics Analytical System and its capabilities. The monitoring of the use of the Web resource of the Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of NAES of Ukraine - "Institute Site" with the help of Google Analytics for the development of the site of a scientific institution and increasing the attendance of its users is considered. The purpose of the work is to explore and analyze the features of using the Google Analytics service to monitor the scientific institution's website, track visits and use processes to improve the development and maintenance of this site and increase user traffic.
