Abstract

The article describes the principles of the Google Analytics Analytical System and its capabilities. The monitoring of the use of the Electronic Library of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with the help of Google Analytics is considered. The purpose of the article is to investigate and analyze the features of the use of Google Analytics as a tool for analyzing web resources of a research institution for optimization and improvement of their work.
