Abstract

The article presents the nature of concept of the sociocultural competence. There have been explained its structure and defined its main components. Basing on the analysis of scientific works it is noted the definition of the concept of the sociocultural competence. The last is regarded as the qualitative characteristics of the individual, based on complex of the gained knowledge from the social and cultural spheres of life and its value orientations. It is pointed out that one of the effective ways of forming the given competence is the search and creative activity of junior pupils, which can be realized by introducing in the educational process of the primary school the system of reproductive tasks of analytical and synthetical character.
